A suburb of Omaha, Ralston is surrounded on three sides by the city of Omaha by 84th, 72nd, and L Streets, and by Sarpy County (Harrison Street) on the south side.
In October 2015, the Ralston Arena was a venue for the Women's Flat Track Derby Association Division 1 roller derby Playoffs, hosted by local league, the Omaha Rollergirls.
