Condition: Cancer of Fallopian Tube. Overall rating 5.0. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I have been on Zejula since March 2017. I started on 300mg and am currently on 100mg. I have been on a combination of Zejula and Avastin for about 2 years. Side effects (headaches and fatigue) have been manageable.
