Keyboard shortcuts make it easier and quicker to perform some simple tasks in your AOL Mail. Access all shortcuts by pressing shift+? on your keyboard. At this time, automatic forwarding of email isn't offered, however individual emails can be forwarded one at a time. 1. Open an email message. 2. On the top of the email, click the Forward icon. 3. Enter the email address you want the message sent to. 4. Click Send.
If your Mail settings don't have Rich Text or HTML enabled, you could have problems with viewing images in forwarded emails. These settings can be enabled from the Mail Settings page.
