Keyboard shortcuts in AOL Mail. Keyboard shortcuts make it easier and quicker to perform some simple tasks in your AOL Mail. Access all shortcuts by pressing shift +? on your keyboard. All shortcuts are formatted for Windows computers, but most will work on a Mac by substituting Cmd for Ctrl or Option for Alt.
The ability to recall or unsend an email is not available in AOL Mail, because we provide a web-based service which sends messages instantly and once you send an email message, it's gone from your email server and out of our control. If you're unsure about sending an email, save the message to think things over, then send it later. Feedback.
Select the email. Click Spam.; If you're given the option, click Unsubscribe and you will no longer receive messages from the mailing list. If you click the "Mark as Spam" icon, the message will be marked as spam and moved into the spam folder.
While 99.9% of spam, malware and phishing emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.
