    The Plaza Frontneac is a mall not a district or a street and so is the galleria. Washington Avenue barley has ANY shops whatsoever, and has nothing on the scale of Fifth Avenue, Michigan Avenue, or the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. As someone who was born in Kansas City and goes to college in St. Louis, I can attest to this.
