Kappa Alpha Psi ( ΚΑΨ ), an international historically Black fraternity, has chartered over 400 undergraduate chapters in the continental United States, plus alumni and international chapters. The fraternity has over 150,000 members and is divided into twelve provinces (districts/regions), with each chapter under the aegis of a province.

Psi Alpha Kappa is the second fraternity to cater to students from Latin America, the first being Alpha Zeta fraternity founded at Cornell University on January 1, 1890. Psi Alpha Kappa was active at Lehigh University as well as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The chapter at MIT was known as the Alpha chapter of Massachusetts. [2]
