The district comprises most of Bolingbrook and Romeoville, Illinois. Formed in 1972, the district serves the educational needs of more than 18,000 students in 20 educational facilities.

Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) is a school district that serves Detroit, Michigan and high school students in Highland Park, Michigan. The district, which replaced the original Detroit Public Schools ( DPS ) in 2016, provides services to approximately 50,000 students, [ 6 ] making it the largest school district in the state.
Morris High School can trace its history back to 1872 when classes were held on the second floor of the old Center School building. The high school then moved to its own site on Franklin Street in 1898, with two wings added in 1914. A $1.2 million referendum in 1949 was successfully passed, and shortly thereafter the current building was built.
