Location. Dhaka. , Bangladesh. Website. https://bdu.ac.bd/. Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University is a Bangladesh's first specialized government digital university. [1] It was established in 2018. It is situated in Kaliakair, Gazipur, Dhaka.
The college was nationalised on 1 February 1985 and was placed under the administrative control of the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), Ministry of Agriculture together with BAU affiliation. The government of Bangladesh launched a project to establish a science and technology university where none existed.
Location. The Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) is situated in Gazipur District, approximately 40 km (25 mi) north of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. It is about 20 km (12 mi) away from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Gazipur is well-connected by roads and railways with Dhaka and other major cities of Bangladesh.

History. In January 2004, then Finance Minister M. Saifur Rahman approved the creation of Mymensingh Engineering College and Sylhet Engineering College.On 9 May 2006, a budget of ৳56 crore was proposed for Mymensingh Engineering College project in the meeting of the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC).
