It was founded in the UK in 2004 [1] and incorporated that year as Palestine Solidarity Campaign Ltd. [2] In 2023, The Guardian described it as "Europe’s largest Palestinian rights organisation". [3]
PSC was founded in 1986 by its two scientific directors, Ralph Roskies of the University of Pittsburgh and Michael Levine of Carnegie Mellon. PSC is a leading partner in the TeraGrid, the National Science Foundation's cyberinfrastructure program. The Scarab lunar rover is being developed by the RI.
