The NMCI contract took over the Navy's legacy computers and charges the Navy for the use of the legacy computers and the NMCI computers that can't be used for most developing. All active military service members will be required to have a CAC card which incldues Active Reserve and National Guard from all branches. Metrofx 29 January 2007 (UTC) I agree with the deletion of this section. What has been overlooked is that CACs are primarily used to access government systems.
