Overall rating 2.7. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I was prescribed duloxetine for pain. I took one dose of 30mg after reading the side effects etc. I have tried many other pain meds over the years but never antidepressants. This is the worst drug I have taken as far as side effects go.
Overall rating 3.7. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I’ve been on 30 mg for the past three years for chronic pain, recently increased to 30 mg twice daily as my anxiety flared up. On 30 mg I had no noticeable side effects. On 60 mg I noticed decreased sex drive and a foggy feeling but nothing too troubling.

Had fusions done, had a pump delivering Morphine direct into spinal canal. Been on Fentanyl Duragesic about a year and taking oramorph.
