Bootstrap (formerly Twitter Bootstrap) is a free and open-source CSS framework directed at responsive, mobile-first front-end web development. It contains HTML, CSS and (optionally) JavaScript -based design templates for typography, forms, buttons, navigation, and other interface components.
A web template system in web publishing allows web designers and developers to work with web templates to automatically generate custom web pages, such as the results from a search. This reuses static web page elements while defining dynamic elements based on web request parameters.
A template is a Wikipedia page created to be included in other pages. It usually contains repetitive material that may need to show up on multiple articles or pages, often with customizable input. Templates sometimes use MediaWiki parser functions, nicknamed " magic words ", a simple scripting language .

Wikipedia:Templates. Templates are pages that are embedded (transcluded) into other pages to allow for the repetition of information. Wikipedia:List of infoboxes for infoboxes, which are small panels that summarize key features of the page's subject. Wikipedia:Requested templates, to request creation of a template.
Template. : Biography. Subject's complete name (birthdate – death) can be a lead-in to the subject's popular name. Describe the subject's nationality and profession (s) in which the subject is most notable. Provide a description of the subject's major contributions in the immediately relevant field (s) of notable expertise.
Template documentation. This template's initial visibility currently defaults to expanded, meaning that it is fully visible. To change this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used: {{Free and open-source typography|state= collapsed }} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.
