Training schedule. Recruit training is 13 weeks, which includes a week of receiving followed by 12 rigorous weeks of training. In February 2018, the Marine Corps added a 4th phase to the matrix that previously only had 3 phases. This 4th stage allowed for an additional week after the Crucible.
