About 65% of housing provided by the university consists of rooms shared by 3-4 persons with a common kitchen and sanitary arrangements. The BSU has created sports and recreation facilities for its students and staff. Training and health-improving complexes are available.
BSU has two satellite campuses, 15 colleges and a graduate school. It also runs an open university.
