The college bought the former P&C Foods building at River Glen Plaza for $950,000 and also is paying $495,000 for 45 acres (180,000 m 2) of adjoining land. College officials said the purchases were made because CCC needed more space and wanted to own its site. The current facility on Route 481 opened in the summer of 2012 as Cayuga's Fulton campus.
CCC is also the only college to offer an urban agriculture certificate in the state of Oregon. Clackamas Community College is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). In 2009–10, CCC served more than 38,000 students and had approximately 8,900 FTE (full-time equivalent students).

Clovis Community College was established in 1961 as a branch campus of Eastern New Mexico University in conjunction with the Clovis Municipal Schools. The current campus was constructed in 1978 and rests on 25 acres (100,000 m 2) of land donated by Ervin Schepps. Over time, CCC grew to cover 100 acres (0.40 km 2 ).
