From most AOL mobile apps: Tap the Menu icon. Tap Manage Accounts. Tap Account info. Tap Security settings. Enter your security code. Tap Change password. Enter a new password. If these steps don't work in your app, change your password using your mobile browser.
Add, replace or remove AOL account recovery info. Keep a valid mobile phone number or email address on your account in case you ever lose your password or run into a prompt to verify your account after signing in. We'll also include your recovery email address when sending a notification of changes made to your account.

Temporarily disable your firewall. Your firewall or other security software may be preventing you from connecting to AOL. Temporarily disable your firewall and check whether or not you're able to connect to the internet. If your firewall software isn't on the list linked, you will need to contact your firewall software provider for additional info.
