Add, replace or remove AOL account recovery info. Keep a valid mobile phone number or email address on your account in case you ever lose your password or run into a prompt to verify your account after signing in. Check your account email client One of the top reasons a user can't find their emails is due to settings from a third-party email client such as Outlook or the Mail app on your phone.
