The Andhra Pradesh state government has decided to issue uniform registration numbers for vehicles across Andhra Pradesh. From February 2019, all new vehicles in Andhra Pradesh are registered with AP-39 code by default. Andhra Pradesh is the first state to implement the "one state-one code" policy.
General pattern: HB-AAA to HB-ZZZ, with HB-1 to HB-9999 for Gliders and Motorgliders. The registration often denotes the aircraft type and maker. Jharkhand (/ ˈ dʒ ɑːr k ə n d /; Hindi: [d͡ʒʱɑːɾkʰəɳɖ]; lit. ' the land of forests ') is a state in eastern India. The state shares its border with the states of West Bengal to the east, Chhattisgarh to the west, Uttar Pradesh to the northwest, Bihar to the north and Odisha to the south.
