"Dr. Miller is great and listens really well and is very compassionate. Unfortunately, dealing with his receptionist Marcela is a nightmare. She is extremely rude and disorganized. I've needed help with things like medication refills and accessing the patient portal and she ends up berating me for mistakes which are actually her own errors.
