DuPage went 11-1 on the season after defeating Fort Scott Community College (KS) in the Midwest Bowl. Bailey had 197 rushing yards in the game. He was named the NJCAA Region IV Player of the Year and earned a spot on the NJCAA All-America First-Team. Bailey was inducted into the College of DuPage Athletic Hall of Fame in 2023.
