Take control of where you'll end up after deleting or moving a message in AOL Mail. Choose to go back to the original folder, the next message, or the previous message after moving the email. 1. Open the Spam folder. Select the email. Click Restore to Inbox or Not Spam; Click Ok on the top toolbar to move the message into your inbox. Future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
