The Fort Stockton Independent School District was created in 1917 by the Texas Legislature by HB 59, Special Sessions Acts of 1917, and was organized on October 12, 1917.
Recently, it has had a massive renovation to accommodate the growing number of students expected to attend in coming years. The North Side High School Gym was home to the Fort Wayne Pistons of the Basketball Association of America (later the National Basketball Association ) from 1941 to 1952.
In the 2021-2022 school year, Boerne ISD received a rating of 'A' from the Texas Education Agency on its A-F scale. The district also received ‘A’ ratings in the 2017-2018 and 2018-19 school years; the TEA did not rate school districts in the 2019-2020 or 2020-21 school year due to the pandemic.

Thomas C. Clark High School is a public high school, in the Northside Independent School District, in San Antonio, Texas, United States. Built in 1978 with five main buildings surrounding a courtyard, this school has over 120 classrooms and is one of the largest schools in NISD.
Students enrolled in the program attend college courses, paid for by the school district, while also completing the requirements for a high school diploma. Students who complete the program will earn an associate degree. College credit may also be applied for up to two years of a bachelor's degree. [4]
There were a total of 737 students enrolled in the pre-merger North Bolivar School District during the 2008–2009 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 49% female and 51% male. The racial makeup of the district was 99.19% African American, 0.54% Hispanic and 0.27% White. [10]
