Overall rating 5.0. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. 56 yr old female 5’5”, weight gain over past 4 years from 165 to 200, from pre-diabetic to diabetic, started Mounjaro in Sept ‘23. In 2 months A1C moved from 6.5 to 4.1. Started on 2.5mg for 3 months, 5 mg for 3 months and now 7.5.

Wellbutrin gave me energy almost immediately (Day 2) which felt amazing since my depression was making me tired and unmotivated to do anything. With the burst of energy also came loss of appetite and the inability to sleep for more than 5 hours a night.
Satisfaction. I experienced muscle pain/joint pain in the wrists, legs and arms at first after 30 days of beginning Rosuvastatin 20 mg. Then I began to feel out-of-sorts. Unusual tiredness followed, trouble sleeping and shortness of breath. Stopped taking the drug after 4 1/2 months and felt better in a week.
11/30/2023. Condition: Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Overall rating 2.7. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. Diarrhea,gassyness, A1camedown sugars still high, on 2 -500 mpg a day. Sometimes feel dizzy , not right.dr didn’t prescribe B12 vitamins, but maybe I should. Tired.
Great results but don't like the side effects and have decided to go off after 5 months. But I have lost 25 pounds and my BMI went from 32.6 to 28.2. My side effects were excessive phlegm, anxiety, mental confusion, rapid heartrate.
4/6/2024. Condition: Overweight. Overall rating 3.7. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I have been taking the medication for 3 days. On the first day, I had a euphoria feeling and nausea all day, headache in the evening. I had an elevated temperature the second day with nausea and today symptoms have subsided.
