Condition: Inflammation of the Nose due to an Allergy. Overall rating 4.7. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. Allegra D usually clears up my congestion, except when I have very severe sinus infections. It works great and I have never experienced any side effects. I use the 24 hour version.

Overall rating 4.3. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. Allegra D was extremely effective however, my eyes became dry and almost tear free. Now on medication to increase tears and had to discontinue Allegra D and use nose drops, which are def not as effective. 1.
Allegra-D was a great medication to relieve constant dripping, however, after two years of use; I started to experience TIA (mini strokes). Thank goodness after 3 MRI's, various scans and tests; Dartmouth Hitchcock diagnosed and allergy developed to the "D" in Allegra D.
10/28/2023. Condition: Seasonal Runny Nose. Overall rating 2.0. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. Worked for my allergies but not worth the horrible side effects, gave me a terrible headache, nausea, dizzy, weakness, chills. This stuff made me feel like I had the flu and gave me a panic attack.
