The Contra Costa County Library is the public library system in Contra Costa County, California, United States. Its headquarters are in Martinez.
The college was founded as West Contra Costa Junior College in 1949, with the first classes held in the spring of 1950 at a temporary location in the shuttered Kaiser Shipyards in Richmond, California. In 1957, a permanent campus was opened on Mission Bell Drive in downtown San Pablo. The college is flanked by Abella Center to the south.
