History. J.H. Rose High School was established in 1957 on South Elm Street, in Greenville, North Carolina. Students that made up the original student body came from the former Greenville High School in downtown Greenville. Students from the former historically black C. M. Eppes High School were integrated in during the late 1960s and early 1970s.
The Hortonville Area School District ( HASD) is a school district in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It serves the communities of Hortonville and Greenville, and parts of Center, Dale, Ellington, Grand Chute, Hortonia, and Liberty. As of 2012, the district enrollment was 3,555. St. Joseph’s was founded in 1993 when nine people created the school. They started their first year with a class of thirteen 9th graders and began with a donation of $800. The first thirteen students went to school with a complete college preparatory education, attended a P.E. class with the help of the local YMCA, and attended Mass every week.
