This feature ensures all your AOL messages maintain a consistent, professional look with minimal effort. 1. Click the Settings Menu icon | select More Settings. 2. Click Writing email. 3. Click the Toggle button to enable or disable a signature for your email address. 4. Enter or edit your signature in the text box.
Select Mail Settings. On the general settings tab, in inbox setting click the radial button next to Use Unified Inbox Style. Click Save Settings at the bottom. You may need to sign out of the app and then sign back in to reset the app settings. This can be done by: Tap on the AOL icon in the upper right. Tap on Manage Accounts.
2. Sign on with your username and password. 3. Click Mail in the top menu bar. 4. Click Set Mail Signatures. 5. Click the Signatures dropdown | Select a signature. 6. Click Default On/Off. A blue checkmark will appear next to the signature. 7. Click Save.
Click Viewing email. Click Unified Inbox at the bottom. You may need to sign out of the app and then back in to reset the app settings. Tap on the Profile icon in the upper left. Tap on Manage Accounts. Click the slider to turn off the account. Tap the slider again to turn back on the account in the app.

After you've added an image to your signature, you can adjust its size in the signature box. In AOL Mail, click the Settings icon | choose More Settings. Click Writing email. Go to the Signature section. Hover your cursor over the image in the signature box | click the three dots. Choose the image size you'd like from the list:-Small-Medium-Large
