Peter Seah Lim Huat (born 1947) is a business executive. He went to the National University of Singapore in 1968, and after graduation, worked as a sales executive. Seah later joined Citibank. [1] In 1977 he moved to Overseas Union Bank, where he held various senior positions until he became the CEO and Vice-Chairman in 1991.
