Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I have been on Ozempic for seven weeks and it’s been a complete nightmare. I feel sick for 4-5 days with stomach pain, headaches, dry mouth, acid reflux, gas, fatigue/ nausea. Food taste is different and even my coffee taste different. I am at 173lbs from 185lbs so a loss of 12lbs.
Overall rating 5.0. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. 56 yr old female 5’5”, weight gain over past 4 years from 165 to 200, from pre-diabetic to diabetic, started Mounjaro in Sept ‘23. In 2 months A1C moved from 6.5 to 4.1. Started on 2.5mg for 3 months, 5 mg for 3 months and now 7.5.
I have Type 2 diabetes which is well controlled, but couldn’t weight ( 350+ lbs.).The first month everything was good. Started at .25mg and increased to .5 for month 2 & 3. On .5 I started having acid reflux on day of injection. Took 1 Prilosec with shot and had no reflux. Started 4th month on 1.0mg.

SEVERE Anxiety, and depression for 2 whole weeks, (ongoing small panic attacks and heavy mood swings even 4 weeks later) even with only 5 days of taking it. BP did not drop below 180 in that time, so it had the opposite of the wanted effect.
Most voted negative review. 2 People found this comment helpful . Weeks 1-4 on 0.25. Hunger diminished, exercising regularly, riding my bike daily. Week 5 I started .5 and that's where this story unfortunately will end. I cannot explain how sick I am. I've had a hiatal hernia which is dormant for 20 or more years, I take nexium daily.

Condition: Repeated Episodes of Anxiety. Overall rating 2.3. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I went on 50mg of Zoloft to address anxiety and depression. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I know it works for some people, but Lexapro and Pristiq were bad but nowhere close to this.
10/23/2020. Condition: Vaginal Inflammation due to Loss of Hormone Stimulation. Overall rating 3.7. Effectiveness. Ease of Use. Satisfaction. I am satisfied with results (MUCH better than Esperdiol, which seems to change texture, getting "curdy", and doesn't stay in the body) as mist reviewers have already said.
