Coahoma Community College ( CCC) is a public historically black community college in Coahoma County, Mississippi. The college was founded in 1949 and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. It offers associate degree and certificate programs in more than 70 areas of focus.
Awards. Second-team All-American ( 1982) Second-team All-Pac-10 ( 1981) Karl Morgan (born February 23, 1961) is an American football coach and former player. He is the former head football coach at Mississippi Valley State University (MVSU) from 2010 to 2013 and Coahoma Community College in Coahoma County, Mississippi from 2014 to 2015. [1]

College career. Taylor attended Coahoma Community College before attending the University of Colorado Boulder. After turning 18 he was given permission by his mother to join the football team. In 2018, Taylor transferred to Colorado. In 2018, he started 10 of 12 games, recording 57 tackles, one sack and one touchdown.
Metcalf was a coach at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, Mississippi. He served as an assistant coach at Coahoma Community College in his hometown of Clarksdale, and was promoted to interim head football coach on December 13, 2022. [6] Metcalf was officially named Coahoma’s head football coach on December 27, 2022.
College career. Claybrooks played wide receiver at Coahoma Community College but switched to cornerback when he transferred to Memphis. Claybrooks missed five games in 2018 with a foot injury. In 2019, he posted 42 tackles and returned a kickoff for a touchdown.
Moses Harper (born c. 1987) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Lincoln University, a position he has held since 2024. He also coached for Central Methodist, Highland Community College (KS), Fort Scott Community College, Coahoma Community College, William Jewell, Missouri Western, and Nebraska–Kearney.
