Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager software system from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft 365 software suites. Connectivity with Microsoft Outlook was provided via a proprietary client-side plugin. Support for the plugin has been discontinued after Q1/2016, [7] though Outlook from then on can use its own ActiveSync implementation instead.
