Circuits. There are 25 judicial circuits in the state, each comprising one or more of Illinois' 102 counties. Daniel J. Cronin (born November 7, 1959) is an American politician and attorney who served as county board chairman of DuPage County, Illinois from December 2010 until December 2022.
