The Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association ( PCAA) was an athletic conference established in 1972 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a partnership between the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Association (EPCC) and Western Pennsylvania Athletic Association (WPCC).
