The school was named for Glen A. Wilson, former Superintendent of the La Puente Union High School District 1953-1972 (which became Hacienda La Puente Unified School District in 1970). The Hülsenbeck Children is an oil on canvas painting by the Romantic German artist Philipp Otto Runge, executed in 1805–06, which is now in the collection of the Kunsthalle Hamburg. [1] Runge had a short life, dying of tuberculosis at the age of 33, and this work is considered his masterpiece.
