The other two universities, University of Brunei Darussalam and University of Technology Brunei, are located in Tungku, which is not part of Bandar Seri Begawan but located on its outskirts. There are also two private colleges which offer bachelor programmes, namely International Graduate Studies College and Laksamana College of Business.
