Ho-Chunk Casino. Ho-Chunk Gaming – Wisconsin Dells is a Native American casino and hotel located in the Town of Delton, Wisconsin, between Wisconsin Dells and Baraboo. The casino is owned by the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin, one of six Ho-Chunk casinos in the state and one of the three largest. [2] [3] [4] It is a Class III casino.
The Ho-Chunk Nation ( Ho-Chunk language: Hoocąk) is a federally recognized tribe of the Ho-Chunk with traditional territory across five states in the United States: Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Missouri. The other federally recognized tribe of Ho-Chunk people is the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.
