Gary S. May. Gary Stephen May (born May 17, 1964) is the chancellor of the University of California, Davis. [1] From May 2005 to June 2011, he was the Steve W. Chaddick School Chair of the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech. He served as the Dean of the Georgia Tech College of Engineering from July 2011 until June 2017.
