    Yes, any template that goes anywhere on a talk page should use this standard. (Unless it is an example showing of a template that normally should be placed in some other namespace, like an article template.) And I see that { { rfctag }} now uses this brown standard (when it is is placed on a talk page, on its template page it shows other colours).
