A Primary username is the name you created when you first signed up for an AOL account. In the past, AOL offered the ability to create secondary usernames linked to this Primary username, however, as of November 30, 2017, the ability to add or manage additional usernames has been removed.
Sign into MyAccount.; If you aren't already on your Subscriptions page, click My Services | My Subscriptions.; Click Manage next to the plan you'd like to change.; If prompted, verify your account.
Just use your AOL username and password to sign in to your account. Once you sign in, all your familiar settings will be there waiting for you. For security purposes, log out of your account when you're finished (especially if you're using a shared or public computer).
