The Balboa Theatre is a historic movie and vaudeville theatre in downtown San Diego, California, US. It was built in 1924. It was built in 1924. Its purpose and focus was to screen mostly unknown films that were not already available to public audiences. Ethan van Thillo and Phil Lorenzo managed the location.
