The SAF Scholarship, formerly known as the SAF Overseas Scholarship ( SAFOS ), is a scholarship conferred by the Public Service Commission (PSC). The program is managed by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC), a privately funded not-for-profit organization based in Evanston, Illinois. [1] The program began in 1955.
Gaining a GPA of 5.0 or A+ is naturally considered as a good result.
