In March 2009, Fraser joined Football Federation Australia as the Head Of The A-League.He remained in the position until June 2010. In 2012 he took up a position with Clive Palmer's 'rebel' organisation Football Australia following the cancellation of Palmer's license to run the Gold Coast United FC A-League club.
