Kathy Ellen Manning (born December 3, 1956) is an American lawyer and politician from North Carolina, presently representing the state's 6th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party , her district is in the heart of the Piedmont Triad and includes Greensboro and most of Winston-Salem .
