History. Fraser Health was created in December 2001 as part of a province-wide restructuring of health authorities by the then-new BC Liberal government of Premier Gordon Campbell. "I scheduled as a new patient for an annual exam on 2/08/2022. Dr. Ochani is unfriendly, business-like, and seemingly indifferent when meeting face-to-face.
