The ability to recall or unsend an email is not available in AOL Mail, because we provide a web-based service which sends messages instantly and once you send an email message, it's gone from your email server and out of our control. Delete a single email. Click on the conversation where the email is located. Click the More Icon | click Delete Message. Delete a full conversation. Locate the thread you want to delete. Click in the box to the left of the message. Click Delete at the top of your Inbox.
Take control of where you'll end up after deleting or moving a message in AOL Mail. Choose to go back to the original folder, the next message, or the previous message after moving the email. 1. At this time, automatic forwarding of email isn't offered, however individual emails can be forwarded one at a time. 1. Open an email message. 2. On the top of the email, click the Forward icon. 3. Enter the email address you want the message sent to. 4. Click Send.

Unsend is not available in AOL mail, even when the addressee is at AOL. This feature had been available but was withdrawn. I have not found any discussion of this in AOL's own Help, but there are many hits in google stating it. If anyone can confirm that this feature is no longer available, please remove mention of it from the Features list.
