Rated the #4 all-purpose back in the nation, Polk led his team to a 12-1 record and to the Inland Division semifinals in 2007. During his senior season Polk had a game in which he rushed for 214 yards on only 5 carries.
Fitts attended Redlands East Valley High School in Redlands, California, where he was a 4 star recruit. Fitts originally signed with UCLA, but transferred to Utah after one year with the program. After redshirting for a year, Fitts played in all 13 games during his sophomore year.
