The Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB; known as English-language Public District School Board No. 11 prior to 1999 [4]) is a public school board in southwestern Ontario, Canada. The TVDSB serves an area over 7,000 square kilometres which includes urban, suburban and rural communities.

The students of DWIT work in this department as interns. The major task of the team is the production of digital video classes. The video lectures are distributed for free by Deerwalk Learning Center. The videos are interactive learning resources for Grades 4-12, designed as per the curriculum prescribed by Curriculum Development Center.
Grades offered are 9–12. Saunders' school colours are red and gold and its mascot is a sabre-tooth tiger.
