St. James campus George Brown Chef School A Building. St. James campus consists of five buildings. The first is a large brick building at 200 King St. E. The second and third are located at 290 and 300 Adelaide St. East and are connected.

In addition to primary and secondary schools, Old Town is also home to George Brown College, a post-secondary college. The college operates several campuses in Toronto, including St. James campus in Old Town. St. James campus is made up of eight buildings, primarily situated on Adelaide Street East, King Street East, and Richmond Street East.

Behind it, at 65 George Street, is the inn's former stable. Many blocks on the street have Victorian-style 'gas-lamp' street lights as part of the "Old Town" district. North of King Street, the King George Square condominium building takes up most of the west side. The east side is the St. James campus of George Brown College.
