Early life. Sharma was born in Atari village of Bharatpur’s Nadbai. He was born in a Hindu Brahmin Family to Kishan Swaroop Sharma and Gomati Devi. According to the educational qualification mentioned in his election affidavit, he has an MA in political science from the University of Rajasthan.
