Elmhurst Athletics Hall of Fame (1989) William G. Walton [ 1 ] is an American volleyball coach who currently serves as the associate head coach for the Grand Rapids Rise of the Pro Volleyball Federation . [ 2 ]
At Elmhurst, he played both offensive line in football and wrestled as a heavyweight. He was named NCAA Division III All-American third team following his senior season. He also won two College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships as a wrestler and was inducted into Elmhurst's Athletic Hall of Fame in 1993. [2]
Mike LaFleur attended Elmhurst University, formerly Elmhurst College and played quarterback for the Bluejays in 2006 and 2007. LaFleur started all ten games at safety for the Bluejays in 2008. [ 1 ] He was a team captain and a three-time letter winner at Elmhurst.
